PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) is a mental health condition that can occur after a traumatic event. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety and avoidance of anything that may remind the person of the traumatic event. PTSD can be treated with therapy, medication, or a combination of both. It is important to seek help if you think you may be experiencing PTSD.
